OUR PIES ARE LOVINGLY MADE USING TRADITIONAL METHODS, WE USE A PIE PASTE WHICH CREATES A SUPERB SHORTCRUST PASTRY. OTHER PIES USE PUFF PASTRY, BUT WE STICK TO OUR TRADITIONAL METHODS!
So, for that perfect Pie Factory experience please follow one of these methods.
Remove all packaging and place pies on a baking tray in a preheated oven.
From Chilled:
180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F / Gas mark 4 for 20- 25 mins.
From Frozen:
190°C / 170°C fan / 370°F / Gas mark 6 for 40-50 mins.
Heat to cheat:
If you cant wait to tuck into our bostin pies or prefer your pastry to be a little softer, microwave for 2 mins and then place into a really hot oven for 1-2 mins.
Storage:
Keep your pies in the fridge.
Suitable for freezing, defrost in fridge and enjoy within 3 days.
Do Not Refreeze once cooked.

Delivery Information
We can deliver Thursday & Friday.
Please note Scottish Mainland is a two day delivery service, so may not be delivered on your day of choice.
We don’t bake Pies by Post on weekends.
All pies are handmade and baked for each individual order, so at busy times your parcel may take a little longer.
You’ll receive email confirmation when you place an order and also a message from our couriers, to let you know it is on its way.
If you have ordered more than one box of pies – please be aware that they could be despatched separately.
Please give instructions as to where the order may be left in. This can be a ‘safe place’ or a neighbour, but bear in mind you may need to share your pies!
Directions for non-numbered houses and difficult to find addresses will help with delivery.
The products will need to be placed in a fridge on arrival before the end of the day.
Your products will be labelled with a ‘Use By Date’ and can be frozen for up to six months.
We are unable to send products under refrigerated conditions. However, the product is chilled when it leaves us and is packed in a suitable food box to insulate it.
We take great care when packing all items so they travel securely. However, as we have to use a courier, please be aware that we can only send products if you accept full responsibility for the condition of the products when delivered to you.
We do use a courier for delivery. If they are unable to deliver to you, or must deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
